Coordinative reflexology – the holistic approach

By Shmuel Zaidel

What is holistics in reflexology?
Observing at each body organ that is reflected in the feet
From as many bodysoulish perspectives as possible
And reaching it during treatment through the feet
From each possible angle and connecting method.

The reflexology treatment has always been incomprehensible and unperceivable. Many mistake and grant reflexology with healing qualities, these are the ones who follow the conventional thinking education in which doctors heal and medicines heal. They don't understand the natural medicine's essence in which neither doctors nor reflexology heal, but the body heals itself through it. The great wonder is the phenomenon in which the body is reflected in the feet and how can it be influenced through them. In other words, reflexologist knows exactly how to do things he does not understand, furthermore, reflexology teacher teaches exactly things that are beyond his grasp. Many theoreticians have been trying to explain, produce and invent diagnostic theories, methods to diagnose diseases, health and personalities. Using theories is important per se, but in most cases theories are assumptions and the therapists acts out of assumptions and not scientific information. It is only natural that the theory's beautiful principles are being actually realized through actions and treating techniques. Through treating techniques, the therapist passes on his intentions, otherwise his intentions will be stuck and a reality of “mental blocking” will be realized. In other words, freeze and boredom – as many therapists experience – will be produced because they are out of their creativity aptitude. The only consolation the therapists remain with is the big lack condition of the body touch, and their hands touch is being perceived as the person's savior in his distress. The question is how much is the technical attitude developed, nursed and cherished. In coordinative reflexology the therapist is obligated to combine between the coordinative diagnosis and the simultaneous treatment techniques. Treatment techniques that are done in a coordinative manner develop the therapist's mind and contribute to his observation and diagnosis ability. Within the coordinative reflexology approach, concealed, are the theoretical keys and practical gates – both connected to each therapist's “sub-information world” and enrich him. Connecting to the “sub-information world” is done through intuition channels.

Coordinative reflexology is a holistic attitude in the full sense of the word:
The theories are the mental dimension
The techniques are the physical dimension
